The emotional presentation by Elena Hristova from Gabrovo Municipality on the project “Take Me to Your Village” – an example of successful partnership between Prosveta 1931 Public Chitalishte in the village of Novakovtski and Gabrovo Municipality – attracted participants’ strong interest. During the four workshops, participants formulated ideas for future projects for partner initiatives with local authorities, cultural institutions, NGOs and media. Ana Boyanova made a very timely proposal for organizing a charity partner concert of amateur ensembles from the district to support the family of Ruska Nikolova, a staff member of the district library in Gabrovo whose home was burnt down in a fire on 15 September 2013. The atmosphere of the meeting was very dynamic. It was successful in showing that “unity makes strength” and the real value and sustainability for the future are achieved by partner projects. The library extended its gratitude to its friends and partners.
