The Glob@l Libraries - Bulgaria Program Manager Trendafil Meretev, representatives of the Program Management Unit, of the Ministry of Culture and of the United Nations Development Programme participated in an international peer learning meeting which took place from 11 to 16 April 2010 in Helsinki. The meeting under the theme "Where Innovation Meets Implementation" was attended by representatives of the 10 countries where the program is implemented: Botswana, Bulgaria, Chile, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
