The largest number of applications - 18- were submitted from the municipality of Shumen. Stolichna municipality submitted applications of 16 libraries, and 14 libraries from the municipality of Dulovo applied for inclusion.
50 municipalities did not submit applications for Stage 2010, and 4 of them have not applied for inclusion in Stage 2009 either. These are the municipalities of Avren, Bobovdol, Nevestino and Dragoman.
The submitted applications shall be reviewed during the period May-June 2010. The Program Board is expected to approve the applications of target libraries for Stage 2010 in June 2010.
