Grant Scheme for Funding of Innovative Projects (GSFIP)
In the period 25 February–18 March 2013, the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program organized six webinars whose main purpose is to discuss questions related to application to and reporting under the GSFIP and motivate potential stakeholders.
The webinars will be held in the form of online distance seminars conducted by the Program Management Unit (PMU). In real time, a presentation is delivered to up to 200 participants and questions asked by participants in writing via the chat are answered orally or in writing during or after the discussion.
Usually, a webinar’s duration is 90 minutes. Each webinar has a host (the PMU in this case) who delivers the presentation and answers the questions asked in the chat.
The online platform used by the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria is www.Anymeeting.com. Information about participation in webinars and platform use is available in this instruction.
Webinars providing information about the grant scheme will take place in groups of administrative districts. Representatives of target libraries and their partners from the respective districts as described in the schedule below can freely participate in the webinars. The agendas of all webinars are identical and participants in each online meeting will receive identical information.
Online seminar participants include District Coordinators for the respective administrative districts.
