In June 2013, the National Revenue Agency (NRA) campaign for promotion of the Personal Identification Code (PIC) for accessing e-services was launched. The Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program promotes and supports citizens’ access to e-services through the network of public libraries. The PIC enables all Bulgarian citizens to make use of NRA e-services (e.g. the “Certificate of Liabilities” service) online and free of charge,. Thus, many risks can be prevented, for example: loss of health insurance rights, fines for overdue taxes, etc.
