Seeks to employ a qualified individual for the full-time position of
Deputy Program Manager - REF. DPM - GL
at the Programme Management Unit (PMU) in Sofia

Summary of responsibilities: key member of the PMU; manages program operations ensuring adherence to the UNDP planning, implementation and reporting procedures; guides the procurement and contracting operations in all program components; backstops the PMU's work and budget planning activities; acts as focal point on all administrative and financial matters; acts as alternate for the Program Manager. Qualifications: relevant university degree; successful track record in a similar position; strategic thinker; excellent analytical abilities; highly numerical, detail-oriented and able to produce complex document packages; excellent communication and organizational skills; teamwork orientation; ability to work independently with minimum supervision; excellent computer literacy; fluency in Bulgarian and English.
