In January and February 2012, three work meetings of Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program trainers took place at Central Hotel Forum in Sofia. The meetings aimed to share experience and good practices from the trainings delivered in 2011 and discuss the changes envisaged in the 2012 Training Program.
On 30–31 January 2012, a meeting of the trainers under Thematic Area 4: Soft Skills (Interaction with Users and Communities) was held. 11 of all 14 trainers under Thematic Area 4 took part in the meeting.
On 1–2 February, a meeting of the trainers under Thematic Area 3: Modern Library Services took place. 25 of all 26 trainers under this thematic area attended the meeting.
The meeting of the trainers under Thematic Area 2: Public Library Management was held on 6–7 February. Altogether, 37 trainers took part in the meeting.
The meetings were successfully conducted and provided valuable feedback to the Program Management Unit on the updated training program and the delivery of the trainings in 2012.
