Seeks to employ a qualified individual to work full-time at the Programme Management Unit (PMU) based in Sofia:
Portal Specialist (REF. PS – GLB)
Role description: Member of the PMU’s Advocacy and Services Department, reporting to the PR and Advocacy Manager. Assumes overall responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of the existing GLB web portal - including daily functioning, technical maintenance and upgrades, bi-lingual (Bulgarian/English) content management, launch of new on-line/e-learning services, strategic and business development, training of portal users. Maintains / expands GLB’s social media presence.
Summary of requirements: successful track record in web portal management; advanced computer and web literacy; analytical thinking; attentiveness to detail; fluent oral and written expression abilities in Bulgarian and in English; excellent drafting and text editing skills; keen interest in ICT for development; experience with web and online trends (e-learning, social media, blogging, web usability); team-work orientation; self-starter attitude.
