Seeks to Employ a qualified individual to work full-time at the Programme Management Unit (PMU) based in Sofia: 

Monitoring and Impact Manager (REF. MIM – GLB)
 
Role description: The MIM heads the Monitoring Department and is in charge of all aspects related to impact planning, monitoring and assessment of the program. The MIM ensures that the monitoring and evaluation processes conducted fulfil their end purposes: accountability, adaptive management, corrective action, long-term planning for sustainable results, advocacy, and national ownership of the program.
 
Summary of requirements: keen interest in local development issues; substantial experience in monitoring and evaluation of donor-supported programs; demonstrated capacity in conducting mentoring, technical assistance and facilitation; experience in designing and adapting monitoring and impact assessment tools and methods; sound understanding of / experience with sociological surveys, statistical data collection and analysis; ability to summarize quantitative and qualitative indicators for different audiences; excellent organizational and coordination skills; teamwork orientation; university degree.
