The Glob@l Libraries - Bulgaria Program, a mutual initiative of UNDP and the Ministry of Culture, is soliciting price offers for production of documentary films. Shooting a series of documentaries aims to promote the impact and results of the Glob@l Libraries - Bulgaria Program, recognized by local authorities, library users and library community as a program with clear practical benefits and national significance.
