Q: In the RFQ there is a requirement that offerors should submit “User Documentation and Warranty Maintenance Documentation for the offered ICT Equipment in Bulgarian language (both in hard and electronic copy)”.
On page 4, point 7/d6, the text states "3 contracts for assignments similar to the one requested..."
Do all of the contracts need to be translated into English?
Please provide clarification of the requirement on p.3/(d) - “Legal and business documents with legalized translation into English…”.
