The Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program supports libraries in the development and provision of new ICT based services to users (e-services).
 
E-services meet local communities’ information needs in various thematic areas by using web based resources. 
 

On 24 October 2012, Hristo Botev District Library in Vratsa hosted a joint meeting of GLB target libraries and Employment Agency regional units from Bulgaria’s northwest region.
 

The regional thematic meeting “Public Library e-Services: a Lifelong Learning Factor”, a joint initiative of the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program and Stliyan Chilingirov District Library in Shumen took place on 28 June 2012.
 

On 30 May 2012, a regional thematic meeting organized jointly with the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program took place at Petko R. Slaveykov District Library in Veliko Tarnovo.

On 6 – 7 June 2012, the regional thematic meeting “The Library and Its Partners”, a joint initiative of the Glob@l Libraries – Bulgaria Program and the District Library in Kyustendil took place in the blue hall of Bratstvo 1869 Public Chitalishte in Kyustendil.
